    what do you prefer?

Can you tell me, buddies, what you prefer to use a free control panel from the company say hostingsources.com or use a paid one (cPanel/Plesk)?
I have just seen then on their VPS accounts and don't know what is better.

Paid by far, you get what you pay for is something I've learned the hard way.

What are you using it for? If your just hosting your own site setting up the http server yourself isn't hard and you can save $25/month for the cPanel license. If your running a hosting business, go with cPanel (or equivalent)

I however do not have any experience with hostingsources

I strongly believe that you will make good decision to choose serverpoint.com as it offers Linux and Windows VPS hosting plans at reasonable rates. My personal experience proves that it is reliable company which has intellectually gifted support and provide qualitative hosting service. Besides, you will get the second month for free.

well if you're running a vps, plesk is a good option. cPanel isn't suitable for running big sites. A good VPS provider should include plesk for free.

I'm curious as to why you say this?

I have had nothing but bad experiences with Parallels (plesk's parent). The only significant difference between the two control panels in my experience is Plesk has more aesthetic appeal for new users.
