Website maker

I want a software which makes making a website simple, i really like dreamweaver, but like is there anything for free and simpler other than the 60 day free trial. Also i dont get wordpress so i wont use it. I want a program to help me make an ecommerce site not too general though and not like godaddys website tonight which is too general. Like any options for a free dreamweaver style website maker.

I personally use Notepad++, but i have experience in programming, do you have any experience in programming? I'm assuming you don't based on your post, but you can look at some free ecommerce systems, and use those. I recommend osCommerce. It's pretty easy to learn. But as for a program like dreamweaver that is free, I do not think there are any.
