I didn't know that sibername.com has provided websitebuilder, I have heard of them as of an excellent domain registrar only.
So one more plus for them.

Overall I have looked through glowhost.com plans and dare say that they are well composed. Many useful features they offer in them.
Also pleasant feedbacks I have read about them.

Soholaunch, RVSiteBuilder are usually provided free with Cpanel hosting providers. They are easy to use however are dated. I personally think anyone starting or currently own a business to get a custom designed website by a professional designer average expected cost is ussually $300-$1k.

I have noticed that glowhost.com hosts tens of thousands of websites of all sizes, and have been in the hosting business since 2002. Multiple domains can be hosted on the same package.
Soholaunch is really good web site builder.
