Aspnix offers SmarterTools Bundle in their specials but I can't get what does it need for?
Do you know more of that?

My guess is this. Windows Mail Server, Customer Service Software, Web Log Analytics

Their site only says it offers SmarterMail v5 which according to the website above is only a exchange alternative. In short your not paying enough for the MS Exchange license
