That semi-dedi VPS from simplehelix costs only $75 with 150 Gigabytes of premium (intelligent routing) data bandwidth and 10 Gigabytes of 15.5RPM Raid 10 Premium Disk Space.
Think that's a fair price.

That's a big confusing, semi-dedicated and VPS are generally separate things.

Semi-Dedicated (in most cases) is a dedicated server with a shared control panel with just a handful of users instead of a hundred plus.

VPS = Virtual Private Server. i.e. a virtual piece of the dedicated hardware pie.
