Promote a domain name before selling?
When you buy domain names with the intent to sell them, do you promote them in any way (ie. build a mini-site with some articles), or do you just put them up for auction?

I would guess that some sort of promotion occurs, but to build a website for every domain name you have seems a bit...tedious.

This is something i have just dipped my toe in the water with, ie buying and selling domain names ( more buying ) would be great to hear of other peoples attempts.
