If only the MJRIP.com guy reads the list Its quite impressive the amount of random domain names people registered, some good some just really really weird.

I don't think they make profits from such randomly created sites. Would they?

I posted on this before, last week. It seems useless to me, just having his name in it is hardly going to make it valueable.

Those names which come with a gimmick, like the send michael jackson flowers.com one, such gimmick-including names hold potential for whomever purchases them. But just having 'Michael' in the name seems like a complete waste of time, who is going to buy it from you? THey could come up with their own pointless MJ domain name surely if the only criteria is for the domain to contain his name or initials. Instead of buying your 'MichaelJacksonIsInHeaven.com' domain, I'll go and register 'MichaelJacksonIsInHell.com' and waste the exact same ammount of money, and time trying to sell it. Big high fives!

Maybe I've missed the point, but to me it seems like the only reasons to register domain names involving Michael Jackson, would be to either produce a profitable website yourself, or come up with a name that somebody else can build a profitable website with.

If by 'laying tribute' you mean buying up pointless ammounts of domain anmes and trying to sell them.

DDY, remember that there are still some people that have absolutely no idea that you can make money online! haha... sad but true. I'm sure that some of them are innocent.

someone should create a page that can be used to monetize the domains and sell it to all the people who bought them.
