I really like my MediaTemple (dv) dedicated virtual account. I have used Fatnetwork, Hostway and Powweb in the past, and MediaTemple has been much faster and more reliable. They have 24/7 toll free support, so I can call them in the middle of the night if I have a problem and speak to a real person.

Their employees are very good. They always are able to resolve any issues I am having, they are very intelligent and know what they're doing.

MediaTemple also has the Update Option Program which gives you the ability to customize and install anything you want on the server, and as long as you don't make major changes to plesk or linux, they will continue to semi-manage your server for you by installing security updates for you. Other companies charge you extra for fully managed services, and will restrict you from installing what you want when you need it.
