I am asking for help guys because I searching to reliable web hosting provider which offers shell accounts. Santrex.net was recommended as a reliable place to order shell accounts as they are ran on a completely separate server from their regular web hosting.
Do you know anything about this company? Any alternatives for comparison?

Are you looking for shell access to your hosting account, or a shell account you can for example use IRC in?
If your looking for shell access to your hosting account there are a few companies that provide this (I do but only on request, for example). If you are looking for complete shell access any VPS would do. Linode - Xen VPS Hosting is the most popular one I know of.
