Hello all,
I’m new to MMA and just training on strength, fitness and striking. I’m looking here for a premium source for information on Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fitness and nutrition. Do you people have any idea where I can get information about MMA? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Bullshido: No BS Martial Arts, UFC and MMA News, Forums, Video Clips, and More! is pretty good
they've also got heaps of stuff on youtube
