i want to stop hosting on wordpress.com -HELP

ok my domain carversation.com is being ran by wordpress.com and is hosted through them. It is just a blog and was wondering what is best way to get it hosted somewhere else and how much would it cost, and is it easy to do and what about my images currently hosted through wordpress, would those easily transfer? and would a cheap priced server make my site really slow with heavy traffic, i get about 3k a day on traffic so need it to be able to support that many users. please view through site a little to get a feel about what i got and tell me best places and i'm not real tech saavy so hopefully the hosting place can transfer and do all those things for me and i can still run it on wordpress
thanks.

I would recommend DreamHost. They have a one-click install for WordPress and assist in the transfer process (you should be able to export/import your blog to the new host account without much trouble, images and all). Plus, the have a blog specific hosting deal that gives you a great rate for a 2-year hosting plan that grows the longer you use it. Overall, great value. Def enough to host all your traffic. I hope to expand to the limits of my own bandwidth there soon, but I am not close to 3k/day just yet.

Feel free to ask me anything about it. I'm a big fan, and I have been on Dreamhost since last year. Thus far, best host I have ever used for blog hosting.

Just use the link from the wordpress.org/com site to Dreamhost to find the deals they offer for WordPress users.
