Yo guys,
I have a friend who's looking to start a website for an organization that he's in. He has absolutely no experience in html/website design. What is the best host do you think for someone like this? i have my opinions but i wanted to open it up for who you guys think. it doesnt have to be ridiculous it'll be a pretty basic site and i dont think they have the budget to outsource this.

I used to have that kind of problem. To search a nice, cool, and easy online webbuilder, with ALL the cool extras, that mainly only payed accounts have.

I moved from a Free 25 Mb disk space 1Gb monthly bandwith, to a 250Mb disk space with 100Gb bandwith, and a lot more of extras.

you can go for godaddt hosting. They have the site builder tool that will require no html knowledge.
Also there is a software called netobjects fusion. Designing with it like operating a word document.
