I have seen dedicated servers from razorservers.com cost not much starting at $79.95/per month.
That's not expensive at all taking into account the amount of resources they provide.

I have no experience with this company, but I can draw your attention to ahosting.biz. I have been using its core duo 2 dedicated server and must say that you will get what you pay for, it is very fast server.
