Marblehost company offers two ways of file uploading - via FTP or web based file manager.
    Which one would you choose?
    And why?

FTP, its faster and more reliable and if they have their servers configured for it you can resume your uploads.

Web based uploads will also be limited by the HTTP max post size, anything over 3MB is going to be pushing what http should be doing.

No doubt, FTP is faster and more secure. I have heard many good points of view on that company's hosting services, people like their honesty and stability. But I think that there are many companies which is able to offer you good and cheap web hosting solutions. And you'd better deal with flexible company like for instance globaltap.com because if your business grows, you will have to get more resourceful package.
