Domain name traffic??

How can I generate traffic to a new domain that I was working with?

I am not looking to make money off of the traffic, I just want to know how to get some traffic going so the value of the domain name will increase.

You should certainly optimize your website to get organic placement in search results.

You should also look for targeted social networks for you to disucss your site's content.

I think I forgot to mention one thing though. I would like to generate the traffic to increase the value of the domain since I'm selling it. I feel I have a good name and idea behind it, but I want the value to be increased as well.

Hey Chris, I left you a reply in the other thread. To get traffic to a domain though, you are going to need to have some sort of content on the site. If you don't, any traffic you drive is fairly worthless to a potential buyer.
