99.3% browser recognition
Is that an average rate when the company offers 99.3% browser recognition in their SSL certificates?
Can it be 100%?
Webhostgiant.com has it but what about the other companies? Are there bigger rates?

If you are looking for the company to buy hosting I think that webhostgiant.com will be reliable place for you. I assume that 99.3% browser recognition is more than enough. I was impressed by the cheap shared plans offered by this company. It happened so that it has superb reputation and you will have a wonderful experience with this decent company.

Think webhostgiant.com provides SSL certificate on a professional level, it's not costly at all. This company is well-known due to their top-notch services.
Wanna add that web master friendly SSL certificates are available from glowhost.com, this company has offered them nicely, prices are not high and the company has a nice reputation among web hosting users.

I have read a great deal of positive reviews of webhostgiant.com.
Think whatever service you will use from them, you will be glad with them.
Their SSL looks quite o'k.
