    60 day non-transfer term

I just got slapped in the face when I tried to transfer a domain name into my account. Apparently domain names can not be transferred within 60 days of their first registration. Just an FYI… now I have to pay a bunch of escrow.com fees…. AHHHHHH

Would you have to pay the escrow fees regardless even if the transfer was successful?
