I have just come across neowebspace.com and got to know that their hosting plans start from $11.95 per year and I would like to ask you to tell me your points concerning this offer.
Can I trust them?
Do you know anything cheaper?

The price is definately in line with the amount of storage/bandwidth provided. However I don't like the fact that they privacy protect their own domain. It hides important contact information that should generally be made available to clients.

Their own site seems to be configured properly, for the most part. So they should be able to provide the same level of service to their clients.

Other than that, I've never heard of them before.
According to the WHOIS, the domain was created on 11-mar-2006 so if they have been in business that long that's a good sign.

Their web hosting plans look cheap and resourceful, so you can trust them.

it is ok to pay a little more for a top and good webhosting. It might save you big time in the future..
i fed up with a webhost that use auto-reply message when you really need their help, keep having server downtime, and slow.

I'm going to be completely honest, stay away from "Top 10" sites like these. The only people who benefit are the site owners. As they are just the Top 10 affiliate links from the highest paying providers. So it's in the site owners best interest to have you choose them since they make cash out of it.
Do your research, find a solid and reliable host who cares. I got in this game because that sort of stuff pissed me off. Plain and simple, it's sneaky and backhanded stuff.
My 2 cents

$12 a yr and u want cheaper? how slow do you want it to be?
I'm using freehostia, which is free to certain amount of space/traffic.
I can only speak from experience. In business you get 2 of 3 but never (at least not for long) do you get all 3 in one offer.
Good
Fast
Cheap
Pick 2 and it's possible but not all 3. Which 2 will you settle for? There is always a trade off.
a good place to try is justhost.com
you get a free domain and 50% off with the coupon

Hello BarKeeper!
There are more cheaper service provider in market. But please explain your requirements. So I will suggest you the exact cheap provider which will be suitable for you.
I would say their hosting package is reasonable with no sign of overselling. $11.95/year is a good already a good price, so I would not try to bring down the price further.
