These are all great ideas. I would suggest reading e-books on how to do this and build your site to its optimal potential. By doing so, you can generate traffic using keywords driven by the structure of your site. Great content is another way of doing this. Make customers want and need your site. A great "how-to" guide with something pertaining to your niche is a great method. Is your content relevant to your site. If you do all the keyword but still having problems, go back to good old e-books. Google Snatch is what I build my sites from.
