You should start at Google, they offer excellent learning tools on PPC industry, both on Adsense and Adwords.

Good luck to all, Mike

Yeah, Adwords is a great place to start, but it'll cost you a LOT if you're not optimising it...

Also consider being a publisher/merchant on one of the PPC based affiliate networks.

You can look up your own site on Quantcast, see what other sites are similar but not in the same market (i.e. forums, review sites, etc), and then ask the site owners if they'd be happy to swap banners with you or some such.

Don't forget submitting to directories either.

Yeah. go for google Adwords.

Make sure that the contents of your ads are closely related to the content of the landing page. (page that you end up on when u click on the ad)
This will help reduce the cost per click.

I commend you on doing a great job. All that dirty work to get traffic can be done all in one place. Get with a good company offering SEO, and all other aspects of marketing all in one. I know one company that offers that type of service for about the price of movies for two, and you only have to use this type of service once to see results
