Brand New to SEO...
Hey,

I started a fitness and nutrition blog about 3 months ago, it won't let me post the link yet but search gohealthyfitness.com. I've been pretty much just doing content until this point. I feel like its time for me to start marketing more and driving some traffic in. I have never dealt with SEO before and am trying to better my page rank. Do you guys have any good links for me to learn the basics to the advanced stuff. Or maybe some quick tips.

Thanks for the help, I've been doing some research but its always easier to find the best adcvice from people who've done it.
