anyone used ebrandz.com for SEO??

I am in dire need of SEO help for a reasonable price. I found ebrandz.com which seems reasonably priced plus they outline exactly what will be included in their package (which has everything I want). Has anyone used them or can you recommend another SEO company???

Couple of thoughts from my experience....

Quote:
We use latest cutting edge SEO techniques (approved by search engines).
Rarely is any "cutting edge" technique "approved by search engines."

I have ranked sites using straight, basic, old school SEO, and I've ranked sites using black hat stuff that will get them banned if they're caught (though I fully disclosed that to the site owner and let them make the decision).

Quote:
We hire the best talent in this industry. With 250 Search Marketing experts, we have one of the largest Search Marketing team in the world.
They have 250 top experts but can't hire 1 decent copywriter? Not trying to be mean, but a lot of the copy on this site looks like it was written in India.

Under "Manual Link Requests to Related Sites" they state that they will create a reciprocal links page on your site with 450 related sites listed, and request links from them.

That is the LAST thing you want to do. Stuff like that gets sites penalized or banned altogether.

Also, most of the stuff done on that $1,500 package can be done within 5-10 hours. (Aside from the spam/link farming bit)

I notice that they skip some key things like article submission and press releases, because that would require actual work, creativity and learning about your niche.

This is a ripoff and a half.

Hello,

I am from eBrandz. Wanted to clarify a few things.

Quote:
Under "Manual Link Requests to Related Sites" they state that they will create a reciprocal links page on your site with 450 related sites listed, and request links from them.
I think there is some misunderstanding. What we do is research 450 related websites and ask them if they would like to do a link exchange. Not all of these 450 people will respond to a link request. Generally anywhere from 10 to 15 % of these websites will respond back. So you generally get about 45 to 60 links (over a period of 6 months). Which (as things stand now) will not get your website banned by any search engine.

Quote:
I notice that they skip some key things like article submission and press releases, because that would require actual work, creativity and learning about your niche.
If you look at our compare SEO packages page, you will see that we actually do Press Releases, Article Submissions. And for our higher packages, we also create videos , optimize them and work on top 10 Social Media websites.

Quote:
This is a ripoff and a half.
Not sure if you have used our service. But many people have. Go through our Case studies or Testimonials and contact any one of them.

Or check our client comments on SEMCompare website.

Regarding the $1,500 package, on this page: Compare various SEO Services. Pricing starts at $1500 - you state that blogs, article writing, and press releases are not included.

Also, the tip on the manual submission mouseover says this:

Quote:
We research a number of related sites, place their details on your links pages, and send link requests to them for link exchange. This is all done manually.
So the process you describe is:

1) Find 450 related sites (in many niches there are not even anywhere close to 450 related sites that are worth anything, and certainly that I would want a site I cared about to linking out to, but that's another story)

2) "place their details on your links pages" - does this not mean that you add the 450 related sites to a links page on the site?

3) "and send link requests to them for link exchange."

What do you do if a client is running, say, a business, and doesn't want to link out to 45-50 of their competitors?

How do you build links then?

Reciprocal based link building is only a good idea on certain types of sites.

Most SEO companies will just optimize your main website using the "basics" and then will move on to strictly link building. That's all SEO is really about anyway.

Bad service by ebrandz

I have used ebrandz in the past and they got my site banned. I contacted ebrandz many times and there has been no response.

I then contacted Milind Mody, CEO of ebrandz, he did not respond either.

Just want to warn everyone that this company takes money and then there nobody responds. They do the work but poor work, ebrandz use all blackhat stuff.

Hire a SEO company who provide you their previous project rankings, way of working, timeframe of getting rankings, affordable pricing and all time support during the website promotion period. I suggest one site - neuroseoservices.com

You may be true about ebrandz

Here is some insight...

They redirect domains related to users queries and geo locations. They have their ebrandz.com optimized for SEO Newyork and ebrandz.in for SEO India having same content and leads in manipulating results. You can check by viewing their source code and the funny part is they use JavaScript’s for these

I have no Idea how Google dint spot redirects and content duplication of these 2 sites and added they rank well in Google listing instead of banding these sites. Other side they list in topseos.com and Topseos.in as Best site for SEO Are these good practices of SEO

BridetoBrideBoutique, Not all companies are Good in SEO as they say. For any company you choose, before starting have a face-to-face or a chat conversation about your queries and get going

Have you thought about doing the SEO yourself? I know it's not for everyone- but you could do it, if you dedicate the time.
Let me know if you are interested and I'll send you a free copy of Andrew Hazen's Book- Search Engine Optimiziation: Plain and Simple.

I am sorry that I could not post earlier.

Quote:

One of our client sites got banned in early 2004. That was our first (and I think only) experience in getting a website banned. We actually communicated with Google and our client and understood what the most likely problem was. It took about 2 years to get the site back.. but we stayed with client and helped him along. After that we have made a very conscious effort to be on the right side of Google and we also try and educate our clients about it.

Hence I am very surprised when you say that there was no response from our side.

Quote:

I am Milind Mody. And I make it a point to respond to every client email. If I do not respond directly, at least I ask someone from senior management or project team to respond to client questions. Can you please send me your name and contact details so that I can check with my team and see why you did not receive any response from us.

Quote:

This is simply not true. In fact we have a 30 days money back guarantee in place which we honor. I would think we are a very reasonable company.

If you find a honest freelancer, good for you as you will definitely save cost. But the problem going freelancer way is that many freelancers have a day job and sometimes cannot respond to short deadlines or getting hold of them to talk about your project can be difficult (if they have many projects).
