Question Am I hopeless at SEO?

For some reason my website permorms very poorly at Google. I don't know what is the reason - when I type my key-keyword "complain" in google.com I can't even find it! Yesterday, on google.co.uk I was able to find it at the page 6th and now it's gon!

That's why i would like to ask you:

1. Is it possible that google banned me (or knocked down) because of <h> attributes displayed over the visible edge of the screen: <h5 style="margin-top:-200"> (above the screen, invisible to the users).

2. Could google ban me for using the following describtion: "Quacko.co.uk - my space to complain"?

finally:

3. what key-keyword would you choose for the website like this:
Quacko.co.uk - My Space to Complain, Grumble and Whine. (except for "crap"

I would be very happy if anyone answers these questions. As soon as my website gets PR, I will insert your links wherever you wish to

Firstly, you need to decide on specific keyword phrases that you're gonna target. "complain" just way too broad; besides I think think your target market is not gonna be typing something like 'complain' into google. Once you've decided on this, rewrite your title tag, add more content to your pages and optimize your inner pages as well...

For example: 'Your job sucks' - poeple are not gonna type that in; they're more likely to search for something like 'worst jobs'

I don't think you've been banned from google.

I would also consider other ways of getting people to your site... viral marketing, set up a facebook group..etc
