    Social Networks
    Blogs
    PPC
Those are three that work really well for me. From my experience I have found that events(webinars) pertaining to a certain subject drive a lot of traffic to my site. I generally use social networking sites to promote my webinars.
The problem with events is that can be pretty time consuming to set up and host.
I liked using events to drive traffic to my site but it became overwhelming until I started using this webinar automation software.
Check it out and see what you think...

Google is the main source of traffic for my blog. To build up your search engine traffic, you need to basically focus on two aspects of search engine optimization, namely, on page search engine optimization and off page search engine optimization.

After creating the content you need, all your efforts should be focusing on building links with the relevant anchor text so that your content will slowly rise in the index of keywords that you wish to target.

    Arrow yes yes

    My best 3 Ways:

    1.
For me my best ways to generate traffic was to publish youtube videos. i always got traffic from them even long after i closed down the site/s.
Here's my hubpages on how to generate traffic from youtube
#1 Way To Flood Your Website With FREE Traffic

    2.
Articles and other similair sites like hubpages, also i've gotten decent traffic from twitter.

    3.
I'm not sure if this is my number 3 way but whatever...I get a lot of traffic from 1st, 2nd and 3d tier PPC engines. although 1st tier's quality is unbeatable!! 2nd and 3rd tier are really cheap like 1cent/click but the quality is crappy.

Interesting responses. Also what is your strategy with social networking. Are you doing anything unique?

And is anyone doing well with social bookmarking sites? And what is your strategy. I hear they can create monster traffic..

    Traffic

Most traffic comes from Google. It gets about 75 to 80% of the search traffic.

I am also getting traffic from google. PR only depend on quality back links. Earlier I tried many like Directory submission, Article submission etc it helped me a lot in getting traffic but now i am doing social networking only.
