Wow! i don't believe in this forum don't have any person who don't care about translate your website.Come on for me this is one of the first mistake.Always we can get surprise with a customer around the world and internet is it "The world" so please translate your website at least for the 5 main languages in the world you will get success on it!

Adding testimonials to your website. This is a great way to attract new customers, and existing customers will be more than willing to write one if they like your product or service.

The thing to remember is to focus on content not SEO. Keep your customers as the main focus for all that you do.

If coming up with innovative, key word rich articles on a regular basis is time consuming or difficult for you, outsource this to a professional web writer.

As another respondent said, content is king. You can have the best product or service out there but you need to draw people to your site to see it!

The best thing that I've done for for the website that I work with is creating and distributing an online survey to our customers. It taught us what they liked and didn't like about us and our website so that when we carried out the re-design it was in line with our customers' wants.

Add my profile photo with brief write-up
Add testimonials in the sidebar
Add high-quality and informative videos

I have a regular posting schedule - but will agree with the point that regularly adding new content is very effective.
