SEO/PPC Tracking Software

Besides Google Analytics what other software systems can be used to track the results of your campaigns. I know Google is a HUGE Company but for some reason I don't want the company thats getting most of my budget to also be the one giving me my reports. I'd like something a little more detailed then that.

An advantage to using Analytics is that by using it with Adwords, your PPC campaign stats are integrated into the reports so you can easily disect your PPC campaign and even split between your google PPC traffic and organic google traffic. I'm not sure any other software can do this.
