Selling links on PR4 site, $10/month

Offering text links on a PageRank 4 site about web design templates. The site is here.

I have optimized the site by adding the rel=nofollow to every internal navigational link, so all the links sold on this PR4 homepage will benefit the receiving site even more.

The links will be clean text links with no redirects or nofollow tags, and with the anchor text of the buyer's choice (within reason). They will be placed in the area right underneath "Categories" on the right side.

$10 per month. I will sell up to 25 links.

I am very interested but I have always heard buying links will gey you banned so I guess thats my question if I do this what are the chances

That is a loaded question... buy links will not necessarily get you banned. Selling links may result in consequences like PageRank getting stripped or penalties until the site stops selling them, however, there are tens (maybe hundreds) of thousands of sites selling links, and Google has no way of finding them all.

If you're going to buy links, do it on sites that are somewhere discrete about it... ie. the homepage doesn't blatantly advertise that you can buy links.
