Good article, i like these lines in your article:

"Don just spam in disscussion boards and forum this will not get you traffic instead your bounce rate will increase what you have to do is give a short description or your opinion on the topic in the forum and then paste your link or get a signature in your user account settting."

One of the best tips is to add a new page to your web site every day. The more content you have, the more visitors you will get. Put an Adsense unit on each and every content page of your site.
