Hello ladies and gents, Merry Christmas!

I am about to launch Phase 1 of a new project I've been working on, and I'm ready to move to Phase 2.

I am looking for a company and/or software that will allow me to direct targeted ads to my users upon their request. Just as MySpace, Facebook, etc. do...

I have several businesses lined up to pay either PPC, or by impression (CPM).

Can anyone point me in a general direction or give me an idea of what to look for during my research? I've sold advertising my entire career based on PPC and CPM but I've never had to set it up myself.
