I need you to drive buyers to the site to create job listings and then coders to come along and pick the jobs up. When coders subscribe for the privileges to contact buyers they pay $5. I will give 2 of those dollars for every coder you get on board. But you will need to drive buyers to the site as well to give the coders a reason to subscribe i'm more than willing to negotiate costs as well as strategy.
