Need Some Help With My Website

Basically, I want to create a weekly eBook writing contest website, based around online marketing.

So every week there will be a new topic on Online Marketing, from topics like what's wrong with the marketing funnel, and why affiliate programs don't work.

I need some help figuring out what the winner of the contest should get.

I'm trying to keep it as a free service, and the winner gets in to the Best eBooks of the Year page, but I was wondering what else of a free prize they can get.

Any suggestions?

That doesn't sound that great of a prize though.

I was thinking maybe 90% of a buy-in pot?
