I have a couple, but let me add one real quick.

Sign-up with Commission Junction: Commission Junction - A Global Leader in Affiliate Marketing, Online Advertising and Search Engine Marketing
Or Linkshare: LinkShare | Affiliate Marketing, Search Marketing, ROI Tracking. Global E-commerce Solutions.

Also have an eBay seller account. Go to various deal sites to see the latest coupons. For example, slickdeals, dealcatcher, and hotdeals post coupon codes. There is also retailmenot, etc.

Basically, the jist of it is, you sell coupons/codes on eBay for .01 to 99 cents. Have a basic website setup. Post the coupon code on a page, with a link to the merchant (with your affiliate code inserted).

You can do this with any advertiser. It works excellent, because, as opposed to just making a site with affiliate links hoping for traffic, you know the person will usually make a purchase since they bought a coupon to do so.

The best coupons that work with this are the ones that give 10%-20% off total purchases or $10-$20 off, etc. There are also hosting coupons and other deals. Once you sign-up with CJ or Linkshare, you'll get emails that have offers from the advertisers, that you can use.

    Hope that helps someone!

Norkal great idea but one of two things. First there are thousands doing that already on EBay and also their is something called google. Insert best buy coupon guess what coupons come up for best buy. It free. But becoming an affliate with certian companies can be profitable. One that is number one on the list is Zappos.com . The pay out is great and it is growing about to hit 1 billion by next year.

Good call on Affiliate marketing, its a great way to promote a product you believe in whilst getting commission per sale. Also, most payouts are pretty good.

You'd be surprised how many people are stupid enough to buy free information And as far as lots of people selling coupons, that's true, you just have to pick and choose ones that are not so saturated. Some sell easier than others.

By the way, not sure why, but Zappos rejected my affiliate application I use Shoes.com. Yeah, Zappos is huge...I heard about those figures a while ago.

I tried the adsense route also with a few sites.. made about $20-$30.. so nothing to write home about..

This month I have tried to make money from Facebook, by buying and selling applications, as well as products through Facebook.. Last week I made just over $1000 from using Facebook as my target market..

Lots of money to be had in new niches..

Can you elaborate on that? What do you mean by "buying and selling applications"...I thought applications were free? Any tips on making money with facebook and how you do it would be great. I've used it for driving traffic to an affiliate-based deal/coupon site that I have, but that's about it so far.

I'd really appreciate any advice you could give.

    I've blogged about this recently:

Encounters of an entrepreneur: make money from nothing | Encounters of an Entrepreneur

Whether you choose to blog or work for some kind of online company (or set up your own!) you need to work hard. I don't agree with some websites proclaiming massive wealth attainable from a few hours work each day!
