I Need SEO & Traffic Help - Will Share Profits For Services

I need a "partner" to assist in driving traffic to my websites. Your job would purely be to drive targetted traffic. Your reward would be a share of the increase in profits. You will be paid on a recurring monthly basis. So if you spend some time and increase traffic which results in increased profits, you'll get a monthly payment. I see a lot of people offering to do this type of work for a one time fee of $50 - $100. If I pay you based on the increase in profits, you will easily surpass this amount.

I currently own one website and am in the process of acquiring another. I plan to purchase multiple sites in the foreseeable future. I'm not an expert at SEO and creating traffic, nor do I have the time to dedicate to learning/practicing it. I like to look for opportunities and work on running my businesses.

MY OFFER:
WEBSITE #1: Makes ~$150 per month. I'm offering to pay 30% of the first $200 increase and 50% of any increase above $200. Recurring monthly payments will continue for 12 months from the time we begin working together. Example: If you can drive traffic which results in a $300 increase in profits, you get paid $110 monthly. You get paid this even if there is no additional work needed on your part.

I might be interested in this. Only for a set price though. Can you PM me the URL's? I can guarantee traffic but not revenue ex.Clicks or Sales. SEO offers great value in itself not including direct profit (SERP's/Page Rank). Yes traffic and revenue can go hand in hand but not always. I can have 10K unique visits a day with a terrible sales page that doesn't convert well. SEO work takes time and isn't cheap.
