I'm looking to take my SEO expertise offline and drum up sales for local businesses. How do I get them to cover the pay-per-click expenses if I'm trying to incentivize them on a free 30-day trial run?

I won't charge them for my expertise, but I don't want to foot the bill of their PPC costs. Any ideas on how to setup a payment structure?
