Google local results shows my site for another agent!!

I was checking the serps today and found that the top 7 or 8 results for the local results (items listed A-J) has one of my niche sites with my keyword listed. The only problem is that it is listing a phone number for ANOTHER AGENT!!

Sooo, what I am trying to figure out is how that info is generated. Did she (the other agent) erroneously do this, maliciously do this, or is it a flub up on Google's side???

If you never submitted that googlebot just tried its best and guessed wrong.

Have you seen any email address on the list? If yes,then maybe you can try to email him/her.
