I own several successful websites. I am looking for anyone who can provide an online domain name appraisal tool based on sound business principles. The tool should be able to assess value factors for:

- Unique visitors
- SEO rank
- Potential customer revenue over 5-years
- Market size capture percentage
- Costs multiple
- Growth factor (assumed)
