Hi Simon,

I believe he means you are charging too low to be considered. I wouldn't risk my website to be penalized by google just by paying a cheap link building service. I'm not saying your's is but you may want to change your approach, if they are quality backlinks.

HI Neustance, i am not sure how google know how much you are paying and what are the backlinks that is included in this package. I believe to judge the backlinks are quality the only way is from its PR, in this package, you are at least to get PR6 one way doFollow backlink.
Maybe you can elaborate more why google would penalize you by building backlinks? If this is to be judge by how expensive is the package, is that means that you will not be penalized if to pay $2000 for 20 backlinks? Maybe you could share some experiences.

i have too many website with high PR so i have to know about the websites first before wasting my money.

That is good to hear. When using automated scripts for backlinking, they usually have a life span, and as soon as the SERP's see the foot print, they will ban any site affiliated with that foot print.

When doing these backlinks, are you using title tags such as Online Website Builder
