    Adwords attempt and Results

I have started back up in PPC and I have survived last month but I face some hurdles along the way. So I have made pretty good amount last month especially since I got back and I started as a newbie. I took all knowledge that I knew of PPC - with the exception of the basics - and started as if I was new to adwords, which I am. But thanks to several blogs that I read and my affiliate managers I manage to do pretty well last month.

    my spending on adwords: $540
    earnings:$1.3k

That's pretty good, Ian. 90% of what those "gurus" out there claim to be true about Adwords is garbage. You just have to keep tweaking and don't be afraid to try something different.

I agree. There are some key points to know that will help your campaign to be more successful overall, but the best thing you can do is constantly monitor and consistently tweak your keywords, ad headline and website content to work toward the best results.

There are a variety of factors that go into creating a successful PPC campaign. It's not all about the ad or even the system you choose to use (whether Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing or otherwise). It is as much about your product, niche, competitive offer and website as it is about those obvious things. It's a good idea to test a variety of ads, ad headlines, keywords, locations and websites (or opt-in/squeeze pages) to find which have the best click-thru and conversion rates. This takes a lot of tweaking and is not something that happens overnight. However, it does become easier over time the more you do it.

Good luck to you. I hope you continue to receive even better results!
