I operate a marketing firm, and I work alot with new businesses, facilitating in their startups. One facet of my scope of work that I do not get into personally is creating websites.
Currently, I am personally in need of 2 websites for a couple of my own ventures, and I also have 2 clients looking to be live in the next month.

What I am looking for is a "go-to" web designer that can create great, professional websites. They will need to be fully interactive, and cater to e-commerce if necessary. Blogs, memberships, member postings, purchasing, etc...

I would like to sub out this service to someone, and the work would likely be residual with many clients of mine.

Post an ad on craigslist. you should have no problem finding a college student that is artistic and fresh. That would really be the best way, finding someone that is young and is really looking to get into that field.
