I'm looking for someone to do two things for my blog.

-I need a banner designed

-I need a "refer a friend" form so people can easily tell their friends about the blog.

Neat idea there - what techniques in particular are you practicing on this site?

Also, if you need tons of posts, I recommend posting on elance.com and getting a few hungry and crazy writers to go off the chain for you

In particular, I'm trying to learn some basic traffic building techniques I've read about, and implemented to a much smaller extent with another venture I was involved with for a number of years. (BTW, for the idiot above your post, my first successful attempt in the Internet world resulted in a $25mm/year business). I had many, many people helping me through that business though. This is all on my own, and I'm attempting to accomplish my goal with a minimal investment.

I'm not really sure if there is a proper name for it, but I'm trying to share traffic/refer traffic between about 10-15 different self (content) generating blogs in order to capture a certain market that can use it's own leverage to serve as a portal to revenue generating advertisements.

Before any other smart-A$$ wants to mouth off, I understand that there may be a better way to accomplish my goals; I am simply putting a theory of mine to the test.
