did you figure out what you were doing?

For all of you windows users... which I'm pretty sure is everyone but me... Something you may want to do if you have a lot of web files, media files or otherwise, is go into your options and turn on regular file extensions...

Open any folder and go to "tools > folder options > click on the "view" tab and go down about 9 options to "Hide extensions for known file types" and uncheck it

This will allow you to open folders and see the extensions for all of your files, so if you have files with the same name but diff extensions you'll be able to differentiate. Esp handy for people who use flash/swift/photoshop or any other program that it's common to export to other file types but save a file as an original so you can go back and work with it later.
It's not easy - life - is not easy. If it were, everyone would be doing it.
