Search with Phone Numbers!

Hey guys,
I am customer care executive in a US based company. I have a problem. My problem is that my senior manager asked me for customers list with full details and I have only phone numbers of some customers. I have to report within 4-5 days, so I am looking for a source where can I get the full details of exiting phone numbers like city and state names and more. Does anyone have any idea or advice? Please let me know.

Hey Brett9000 - here in the UK, BT (our national telephone network supplier) provides us with a residential/business number finder. You just enter the name and as many details of the persons number you are trying to find and it brings back a telephone number I suggest you try googling for a residential or business telephone number for the US you will probably find what you're looking for

I recently came across a site called Area Code Lookup | Your Personal Area Code Directory!. It is an area Code directory & Resource Center. It provides for details of any existing phone numbers. You can use it anytime to find such information in the United States and Canada. Hope this help you.

But in the UK a reverse telephone look up - ie you have the number but not the details of the owner is illegal.

Why have your processes only captured the telephone numbers and not any details of the caller/ customer? If you have followed your Execs procedure which was simply to capture the telephone number and not anything else/ this is only what the IT does etc then dont faff about trying to sort it now unless you really have nothing better to do with your time but instead investigate the changes needed to ensure that going forward you capture all relevant details and then go to the management with the list as it is at the moment, highlight the issue with it and put forward your proposals/ plans to improve it going forward

Of cause if you are supposed to have been capturing the other details and havent been bothering to/ it was your policy not to capture them then start googling reverse telephone look up
