    Your question is very broad so I do not see how anyone could answer it accurately. When you say marketing website which type of marketing website are you referring to? An affiliate site, a site about marketing, a marketing firm's website? Please give us some details.

    Also, if you do not know anything about these websites you should be studying everything you can find about them in books and online before you start one. A few answers from an online forum won't give you the required skills and knowledge to operate one.

    okay, i want to do like broker bussiness, houses, land etc on a website
    but i dont even know how i can charge. I still cant understand how the money is coming in.

    What do you want to be a broker of? Before planning any kind of business for it, you will need to get an education in that industry.

    thank you guys,
    this for the start would be for uganda because i found out people walk to look for houses, land, i want to capitalise on this weakness....
    so i thought it wise to put up a website that does that.
    Then i can diversify later.
