    Dreamweaver is amazing, and with the graphic tools in Photoshop, you are set. However, if you want to just change the html code of something, i'd recommend Komodo Edit for macs. Its a great free software, that is very convenient.

    SEO, yeah, its important, but most of it is done through little techniques when you code, like the title, and knowing where to put keywords in the alt section and in headers. Things of that nature.

    Adobe Programs are great "Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash etc"

    to have it dont easily with no code, we recommend hiring a professional designer as site builders are a dime a dozen and will give you no competitive advantage over other similar sites.

    I avoid using Dreamweaver lol. I prefer using actual IDEs.
