Hey guys- I often times find myself generating promising idea's, and making little progress constructing and delivering my ideas. I am hoping to start building a team of people, anyone have any thoughts?

I have also found myself generating great ideas, sometimes it can be difficult to stay focused on just one.

What kind of team are you thinking about building?

I am the same! I have over 30 ideas currently that I would like to get my hands on but concentrating on one and proper execution is what matters.
