Sites like torrentz.com and scrapetorrent do.And yes that is what i am afer,not for my personal use,i just want a script that does that.

I'm a programmer and I can do that.

There are 2 ways of doing it.

1) Search without local index
The script will be created to read each and every torrent website that you stated to pull out the result. And this will be slow but straight away and more effective. This is slow search step that scrapetorrent.com uses.

2) Search with local indexing
This script will be investigate torrent websites that you stated and keep the torrent informations into local database of your website. The database will be huge. When some one submits a search, the script will look into the local database and bring out results. This called crawled indexing. This will be fast in conducting the search as it only involves local table. This is fast search step that torrentz.com uses.

But developing search engine to search across the websites is not easy. The script will be complicated doesn't matter method 1 or 2.

The estimated cost will be :
1) Search without local index : $250
2) Search with local indexing : $450

The cost is high because "search" might sound easy for you but search across the websites is not easy. And using the crawler is best and very complicated.

there's a site that already sells this software and it works pretty well .. it's 49 euros. I believe the developer installs it at that price.

I'd like to note that if you have an american hosting company you will not be able to do this. It violates most AUPs and also several laws, thank you Patriot and Homeland Security Acts. If you find a partner in Sweden who can be trusted to run the site with you you'd be golden.
