need help what to do when website has scamming operations.

Hi I have been scammed from a website on the internet.

How would the guy in trouble????

I done a whois data search the guy is in PA but the host is in NL.

I have already sent an e-mail to the registar and also the network meaning the persons ISP.

I got 2 replies one said they are not the ones that could take actions.

The other one wasn't the host but the domain registar which said that I need a court order to do somthing about it, but if you contact eh hosting provider they may stop the website due to infringments on their policy.

I e-mailed the hosting providers and so far got no response.

Is there any thing I am missing ??

How did you pay?
If you did it via credit card, do charge back.
If you did it via PayPal, lodge a complaint.
If you did it via bank transfer / wire / Western Union, your own naivety means I have no sympathy.

If their ISPs aren't willing to take action, there's ntohing you can do on that front.
Chances are the info in their WHOIS is false, or privacy protected, which means your only real way of finding out who they are is with some decent hackery. Put a spider onto the site and set it to see what IP address administrative changes are coming from, and then track that back to the guys actual address... If it's wireless internet, then you're still screwed on that front.

Other than that, more info is appreciated:
What Site? URL please.
What sort of scam?
Why didn't you do more research before forking over money?

Listen to what HarveyJ has to say because he is completely correct on all fronts. With the exception of paying cash (quite hard to do over the internet), chances are you can get your money back. Also has he stated, if the guy is running a scam then I'm sure his whois data is false. The only thing you may be able to do is open a case with the Better Business Bureau.

Good Luck and please post the websites info here so we can check it out ourselves.

ok I paid by credit card the guy kept trying to make me pay by western union. He finally gave in and allowed me to pay him with my credit card through paypal. I lost 512 bucks, I don't care at this point in getting the money I am just ticked that I have 2 domain names and I provided all my information to my domain hoster, and they even called my bank to make sure the info was right. Then finding this website and seeing it on the internet finding out this guy did give false infomation to whois which I thought was a federal offense his street name he put was cacapopo, later he then switched it. I was stupid at the time I thought ISP's had to make sure about the info provided and there users content of the page so I trusted it for a while before I paid him I was thinking this could be a scam and I asked my friends about it they thjhought it was legit. Well I paid for software package to teach me ethical hacking like how to protect my website since I got 2 domain names and am currently working on them and wanted to learn how to protect my website with the latest know how. The website is hackingservices.org to me after getting scammed and also many others got scammed, I was upset that the fact the website was allowed to be on the internet. It also gets me upset knowing he is doing all this and yet no one shut him down yet I got scammed in april and he is still up. I contacted his isp, I also e-mailed them yesterday and he said that once they e-mailed him about the abuse he then switch to another isp so they can't do anything. I today e-mailed the new isp.

All I am after is really to have him shut down, the thing I am frustrated is that he can say whatever and I have to provide my domain hosting services correct information becuse they check my bank to make sure I am the guy that is buying the domain.

I also contacted youtube to ban the guy.

Any suggestions, I dont' know how to hack, I know programming, I have most experience with c++ and a little python, I know php.you said I should use a spider bot hacking to get his true ip address.I am not really experience in hacking and also don't plan doing it since I can get into alot of trouble.

I just hope he gets shut down becuse many people are falling for it after I fell for it. The thing I was close to not paying him becuse I asked myself why he was pushing to go through western union, after me since I did reported it to paypal they frozed his account and now on his website he say's can't pay by paypal for first time customers only through money orders/ western union.

website is : HackingServices.org - Professional Hacking Services

I know your going to think I am stupid lol I at the time had bad feelings but listening to my friends and thinking that the ISPs that host his website would at least check the info that was provided on making sure they can have contact with the person.

I think you should just leave it as is:

Some of the services they offer include: Debt/Loan/Fee Deletions; Credit Score Changes/Restorations; and Criminal Record Removals.

If they CAN do these things, then they are actually pretty good, as most of those records are very secure. So you're going to be punching above your weight here. If they CAN do these things, they can do all sorts of nasty shit to mess up your life, because everything you are is just a bunch of digital records that they claim they can alter.

I talk to him he knows alot , one victim was able to get a one time service. he said the guy gave him a username a password to login to the hackingservices website to use the software and he deleted 5 grades and put them as All A's the owner of the website said that he will have access to the software even upgraded ones for free for 3 years so when he saw his grade change ect and got a good report card the kid then paid the guy then the kid tried loging in again to hack myspace well when he tried loging in it gave him access denided error.

The guy is legit but he is a scammer he dosen't plan to do business with you just wants your money.

I paid for hacking ethical one where he would teach you the latest stuff on how to protect your website from new viruses/hacks ect.
that cost about 512 since it was custom type thing. To learn the stuff it's mostly custom package.

The guy is a scammer. I e-mailed his new ISP that he has and I haven't got any response the ISP is located in Germany.

The thing that shocks me is the website had to do with hacking isn't that illegal enough to get his website taken down??

I don't understand why the ISP wont take his website down becuse of the content of the website he has 4 netblock owners, one is located in PA I constacted them and they said I need a court order so I was upset becuse I know how long it would take to get one and I don't want to spend that much time on this. I just want the guy off the internet.

Sorry, but that's got to be one of the most naive things I've ever read...

If you really want him taken down, find some other hackers to do a DDoS on his site. That's pretty much the only way to take it down, as any time you get an host to shut him down, he'll just move on to another one.
