Looking to Consult w/ Web Dev for Poker Site

Hi all,

I've been researching the legalities and logistics in establishing a poker room web site and now am looking to consult with a web developer regarding the technicalities that would entail to establish at first, just a small scale, bare bones program that could simulate Texas Holdem' poker simulation.

My plan is too just start very small to understand the parameters that would go into establishing such a venture. I'm not worried about a crazy UI to begin with etc . . . Initially, I just want a very basic program that could support 9 of my friends to play basic poker hands, etc . . . Then once that works, I would leak it to a few more, etc . . . etc . . . I'm a senior in college and aim to leak to a few friends, than leak to a fraternity, than establish a framework that could support a large tourney b/w multiple fraternities, than the entire school etc . . .

However, I'm not looking to hit a grand slam with one swing which is why I am interested in taking baby steps.

I do have a valid contact who is a professional on the European Poker tour who would be interested in providing further financing as long as I can do the leg research and prove that I can create at least a Beta version.

Any insights, suggestions, please let me know.

Thanks,
