I need somebody to write a program
I need to hire a freelance programmer to write a computer program specific to my business's needs. Somebody posted websites where freelancers advertise a while back, but I can't find the post. If anybody can help me out here, it would be appreciated.

Scriptlance and eLance are by far the best place to find them, I agree. You can also just go to google and look up custom scripting and a bunch of small companies will come up. The better deal with those sites is that you can read reviews on 'grammers that have performed well and go with them

Justy, I like that site. Is CP the only client so far? One thing.. the portfolio page, and some of the other images have OMO's that don't preload images at 1px or anything. Is there a reason for that?

I would recommend eLance. At least I'm again active there because their point system is very good to get spammers off (you can bid on three $500-$1500 projects per month only as non paying member and up to 15 projects as paying members) and employers should have the money in escrow.
Guru was too much spamming as I had made over 10 project proposals and only one of them had decency to get back and tell that his project will be delayed.
