If you're looking for some really good email campaign management tool you're going to have to shell out a little bit of money. However, it helps you abide with the CAN SPAM laws, that you should be aware of- and makes your email process more professional, secure, and effective!! Your delivery rate will greatly increase.

I would recommend Listrak, iContact, MailChimp.

*Sigh* if only I had people to send newsletters to. It's so tough to get sign-ups!

Thanks for the list emd5005, I'm also checking it out.

We use Constant Contact (Email Marketing Solutions from Constant Contact) They charge a price but like anything else, you hope you can differ that by generating sales from the emails sent out. Their newletters are great in terms of truly customizing them however you want. So easy to use and versitile for whatever the purpose of the letter will be.

I use constant contact as well. Although you can find some freeware out there, I would suggest using a paid service as it makes everything very easy. Plus you can use nice looking html templates as well as see all your mailing stats for each email you send.

Agreed! If you can do some educated guessing and projecting and have confidence that if you send out 500 emails for $9.95 a month and determine that you will at least make $10 off one emailing, then go for the paid service, such as CC.
